Orientation Day 1

Today was real fun. =) Except that I have scratches on my knee from crawling in mud (i love mud but not this 'mud' which is thin soil with sand, rocks, ketchup n... who knows what.)

I'm in Athens (that's one of six houses) and it's colour is purple. AWWW. I was hoping for Solaris (i think that's the one with bright orange.. hah tt's my fav colour.) It was a kind of dark purple, not pastel... but anyway :D i think my house rocks anyway :D (ok guess everybody says so abt their own.)

All the house reps gave performances in the morn. It was so funny n entertaining ... haha. We played games (mud, passing marbles, and sliding on tables with detergent/soap/watever), and hmmm of course sabotage games! I see that they've really put a lot of effort into it. I got my Orientation Pack for $26... sounded ex at 1st but it included 2 t-shirts, one thermos sports bottle, bind file, foolscap, towel... all in the theme of Olympia (tt's the Orientation theme) and I was like Wow. thank good din buy a permanent bottle yet :D

getting used to nj but still missing ny ppl... haha i guess I always will... until... until haha i dunno!!! :)
