My eyes were hurting today. Slight headache. Slept too little. Felt down. Very down, today during school... sad and scared ... erm hate to admit it but think I eh cried or something

A lot of times, our world can be pretty sad already
I'm fortunate not to feel it most of the time, but things happen
People die, people kill and hurt one another cheat murder do gruesome stuff make other people's lives worse than hell
Some people suffer horrible fates, die of hunger before they know what it is like to be full
or fight for freedom but never live to have a taste of it
or die not remembering being happy, given up on hope and dreams
Some people did heroic stuff but were never understood, receiving only discrimination and hatred in return
Some people live perhaps the best lives possible, have people who love them but never ever realized that , and spent their whole lives making themselves horridly miserable. wishing they were dead

Seen or concealed, the world is a sad place with sad things happening. So feeling sad will just make the world a tad sadder than it already is.
